- Knowledgeable in QA/QC Documentation, Quality Management, and process/cleaning validation.
- Manage post-operational activities: mock recalls, returned products, and complaint handling.
- Conduct and participate in internal, customer, certification, and regulatory audits/inspections.
- Monitor QA systems implementation, ISO 9001, FSSC 22000/GMP/HACCP guidelines, policies, SOPs, and LOP/TM in the plant.
- Timely provide customer documents through QUIC (e.g., Raw material breakdown, COO/HTS, Halal, Kosher, Allergen, GMO, Vegetarian, GRAS, WADA declarations).
- Direct contact for KAMs, customers, formulation, and purchase teams to resolve technical issues.
- Principal auditee for audits, ensuring audit points closure and compliance.
- Ensure timely communication of product quality deviations and corrective/preventive actions.
- Collaborate with Sales, Regulatory Department, and customers for technical/regulatory support and document compliance.
- Prepare and review compliance documents like SOPs, Specifications, MOCs, deviations, and reports.
- Prepare qualification documents for Quality related instruments.
- Conduct internal site audits and handle customer complaints, CCR, and CAPA implementation.
- Manage FSSAI documentation and compliance, pest control services coordination.
- Enforce compliance with SHE, GMPs, ISO, FSSAI, FSSC, HACCP, HALAL, KOSHER, and other regulations.
- Oversee manufacturing operations and control, ensuring performance verification methodologies conform to standards.
- Assist QA Manager in maintaining integrated ISO QMS and HACCP systems, reviewing and improving processes.
- Prepare and review RM/PM Specifications and implementation, customer qualification, and regulatory documents.
- Lead mock recalls (Global & local) and other tasks assigned by Quality Manager.
- Responsible for 6S and quality excellence initiatives (DICI) in QA/QC areas.
- Lead validation for new processes and equipment, providing training for food safety compliance.
- Lead QA team, providing training and resolving operational issues.
