- Proven experience in quality assurance (Mandatory skill).
- Strong background in quality control (Mandatory skill).
- Proficient in documentation related to quality processes (Mandatory skill).
- Skilled in conducting thorough audits to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities to address and rectify any quality issues that arise
- Highly attentive to detail, ensuring no discrepancies in quality.
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate quality control data and interpret results effectively.
- Effective communication skills for coordinating with various teams and reporting findings.
- Develop, implement, and continuously monitor quality assurance and control processes
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations
- Document all quality control activities and create reports for management
- Analyze quality control data and implement improvement plans based on findings
- Collaborate with production teams to resolve any quality-related issues
- Train staff on quality control procedures and best practices
- Ensure that all products meet the company's high standards of quality before shipment
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and regulatory requirements
