Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3–6 years of QA experience with CJCM applications.
- Hands-on experience with Java Selenium for test automation.
- Strong understanding of manual and automated testing methodologies.
- Familiarity with Pega PRPC rules, Case Management (CJCM), and flows.
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum development processes.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
- Experience with other automation frameworks (TestNG, JUnit, Cucumber).
- Exposure to CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab, or Azure DevOps.
- Knowledge of performance testing tools like JMeter.
- Basic SQL and database validation skills.
