Job Summary

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing automated tests to ensure the quality of our software products and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium WebDriver with Java.
- Develop and execute API automation tests using the Karate framework.
- Collaborate with developers, QA team members, and product owners to understand requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
- Perform basic SQL queries to validate data and support backend testing.
- Maintain and enhance the automation framework for scalability and reusability.
- Participate in defect triage and root cause analysis.
- Document test cases, results, and defects clearly and concisely.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes and methodologies.
- Strong experience in Selenium WebDriver and Java for UI automation.
- Hands-on experience with the Karate framework for REST API automation testing.
- Proficiency in writing basic SQL queries for data validation.
- Good understanding of testing methodologies (Agile/Scrum).
- Familiarity with version control tools such as Git.
- Experience with test management and bug tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI).
- Knowledge of BDD/TDD concepts.
- Familiarity with other test frameworks (e.g., TestNG, JUnit, Cucumber).
- Exposure to cloud-based test environments.
