You’ll also participate in dynamic and digitally enabled training that is designed to grow your technical and professional skills.
As part of the Quality Engineering team you will design and maintain reliable test automation frameworks to deliver software quality. As a Senior Associate, you will collaborate with developers and business analysts to enhance testing processes while utilizing your critical thinking skills to solve complex problems. This position provides an exciting opportunity to work with advanced technologies and contribute to the continuous improvement of our software products.

Responsibilities
- Design and implement sturdy test automation frameworks for software quality assurance
- Collaborate closely with developers and business analysts to refine testing processes
- Apply critical thinking to identify and resolve intricate testing challenges
- Contribute to the continuous enhancement of software products through innovative solutions
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of advanced technologies in quality engineering
- Uphold adherence to quality standards and established practices in testing
- Mentor junior team members in testing methodologies and frameworks
- Analyze testing results to inform product development decisions
- Bachelor's Degree
- 5 years of experience in automation and manual testing
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
- Proficiency in Python for test automation preferred
- Experience with automation frameworks such as Pytest preferred
- Hands-on experience with Selenium or other UI automation tools preferred
- Knowledge of Java or C# preferred
- Understanding of AI/LLM-based testing approaches preferred
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools and pipeline integration preferred
- Exposure to Azure DevOps for test and task management preferred
