In our innovative hubs, you’ll engage in challenging projects and provide distinctive services to support client engagements through enhanced quality and innovation. You’ll also participate in dynamic and digitally enabled training that is designed to grow your technical and professional skills.
As part of the Quality Engineering team you will actively advocate for practices in data testing and quality assurance. As a Senior Associate you will analyze complex data scenarios, mentor junior team members, and uphold standards in testing processes. This role allows you to collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and contribute to the continuous improvement of our quality assurance framework.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance quality frameworks
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing strategies
- Maintain compliance with industry standards and regulations
- Utilize analytical skills to inform quality assurance decisions
- Bachelor's Degree
- 3 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
- 4-7 years of experience in data testing role preferred
- Familiarity with performance testing tools preferred
- Skilled in SQL and data integration processes
- Actively advocating for quality assurance standards
- Collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
- Conducting root cause analysis for production bugs
- Managing test plans and peer reviews
- Maintaining transparency in release processes
- Familiarity with JIRA and Azure DevOps preferred
