Key Responsibilities

• Craft clean, efficient, and maintainable Python code under the mentorship of senior engineers
• Partner with the team to design, develop, test, and maintain Django‑based web applications
• Build and optimize database schemas and interact with data via the Django ORM
• Assist in creating and integrating RESTful APIs for seamless frontend–backend communication
• Debug, troubleshoot, and enhance existing codebases for reliability and performance
• Support deployment processes and uphold security and scalability best practices
• Collaborate via Git for version control, code reviews, and continuous integration
• Work cross‑functionally to align backend logic with UI/UX requirements
• Participate in daily stand‑ups, sprint planning, and iterative development cycles
• Stay up to date with emerging tools, frameworks, and industry best practices
