Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, Django framework, RESTful APIs, SQL databases, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
  • Educational Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Experience Level: 5+ years of experience in web development, particularly with Python and Django, in an agile environment.
  • Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, adaptability to changing requirements, leadership qualities, and a collaborative mindset.
  • Industry Knowledge: Understanding of web development best practices, security principles, and familiarity with agile methodologies.
