Responsibilities

  • Work with stakeholders and fellow developers.
  • Design and implement Python code using the Django framework.
  • Identify and fix bottlenecks that may arise from inefficient code.
  • Identify and fix software bugs.
  • Create a wide variety of unit tests to verify the functionality of the software.
  • Manage the security of the platform.
  • Write detailed documentation around the code.
  • Knowledge of front-end languages.

Requirements

  • Experience: 1 - 5 years.
  • A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience as a Django Developer with a portfolio of Django-based projects.
  • Proficiency in Python programming language and Django web framework.
  • Strong understanding of Django's architecture, ORM, and templating engine.
  • Experience with database systems such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or SQLite.
  • Ability to design and implement RESTful APIs in Django.
  • Knowledge of front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Effective problem-solving skills for addressing technical challenges.
  • Experience with version control systems like Git for collaborative development.
  • Strong communication skills for client interactions and project coordination.
