We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Pytha 3D CAD Designer to join our furniture manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating accurate 3D models, technical drawings, and production-ready documentation using Pytha CAD software. The role involves working closely with the design and production teams to ensure designs are efficiently translated into high-quality furniture products.

Key Responsibilities:
3D Modeling & Design:
Create detailed 3D models and designs using Pytha CAD software based on client specifications, sketches, and concept drawings.
Develop furniture designs with a focus on functionality, aesthetics, and manufacturing feasibility.
Ensure all designs adhere to company standards and project requirements.
Technical Drawing & Documentation:
Generate accurate technical drawings, layouts, and assembly instructions for production.
Prepare material specifications, cutting lists, and hardware schedules.
Update and maintain a library of design templates, CAD models, and technical documentation.
Collaboration:
Work closely with the design and production teams to ensure seamless communication and execution of design projects.
Provide support to project managers and production supervisors to address design-related queries and issues during the manufacturing process.
Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to develop presentation visuals and client-ready 3D renders.
Design Optimization:
Suggest improvements to enhance product quality, reduce production costs, and optimize the manufacturing process.
Identify and resolve potential design issues early in the project cycle.
Software Proficiency:
Maintain proficiency with Pytha CAD software and other relevant design tools.
Stay up-to-date with software updates, new features, and industry best practices.
Qualifications:
Education:
Diploma or degree in Industrial Design, Interior Design, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
Experience:
Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a CAD designer in the furniture manufacturing industry.
Technical Skills:
Proven experience with Pytha 3D CAD software is essential.
Proficiency in Pytha CAD software.
Knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, or other design software is a plus.
Understanding of furniture manufacturing processes, materials, and assembly techniques.
Soft Skills:
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in parametric design.
Familiarity with CNC programming and optimization.
Previous experience working on custom furniture projects.
