Role Summary
As the Specialist for Shared Services in Strategic Sourcing and Procurement (SS&P), you will serve as the first point of contact for internal stakeholders regarding travel, corporate card, and supplies needs. In this role you will be responsible for helping coordinate and track indirect supplies, supporting third-party logistics (3PL) activities, assisting with corporate travel arrangements, administering corporate cards, and driving policy adherence. Role Summary

Role Description
- Serve as the first point of contact for internal customers regarding supply orders, procurement issues, travel bookings, and corporate card inquiries
- Provide prompt resolution of issues related to orders, deliveries, travel arrangements, and card transactions
- Communicate order statuses, policy updates, and travel guidelines clearly and professionally to employees
- Assist in tracking orders and resolving discrepancies or delays in coordination with internal teams and suppliers
- Assist with new vendor setup, vendor updates, and onboarding in procurement systems
- Assist employees with travel booking processes and questions related to travel policies and preferred providers
- Liaise with the travel management company (TMC) to resolve booking issues, cancellations, or itinerary changes
- Support onboarding of employees in the travel system and ensure profile accuracy
- Track and escalate recurring service or compliance issues as needed
- Support process improvement initiatives across shared services
Required Qualifications (Minimum Requirements):
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business administration, finance, or related field
- Experience with procurement and/or ERP systems (Workday, SpendHQ, etc.)
- Ability to influence outcomes using strong verbal and written communication skills as well as relationships
- Intellectual curiosity and desire to learn
- Experience in supply chain, procurement, T&E, or operations
