We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Purchase Manager to join our team at Brand Brigade Marketing Pvt Ltd. As a Purchase Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the company's purchasing activities, ensuring the timely procurement of goods and services, and maintaining accurate inventory records.

Qualifications And Skills

• 4 to 6 years of experience in a similar role as a Purchase Manager
• Proven track record of successfully managing purchasing activities and negotiating with suppliers
• Strong knowledge of procurement processes, inventory management, and supply chain management
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Attention to detail and ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
• Proficiency in using purchasing software and tools
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
  
  

Roles And Responsibilities

• Develop and implement purchasing strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives
• Identify reliable suppliers and vendors, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely delivery of goods and services
• Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate records of stock and supplies
• Work closely with other departments to understand their purchasing needs and requirements
• Review and analyze purchase requests, ensuring they meet quality standards and budgetary limitations
• Track and report key performance metrics, such as cost savings, supplier performance, and inventory turnover
• Resolve any issues or disputes with suppliers in a prompt and professional manner
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in purchasing and supply chain management
