SALARY- INR 20,000 PM TO 25,000 PM (PLEASE APPLY ONLY AFTER CONSIDERING THE SALARY RANGE)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Purchase Executive to join our procurement team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing and purchasing materials, equipment, and services at competitive prices while ensuring quality and timely delivery to support the company’s operational goals.

Responsibilities:

• Source and evaluate suppliers to obtain the best quality products at the most competitive prices.
• Prepare and issue purchase requisitions and purchase orders in accordance with company policies.
• Negotiate contracts, prices, and delivery schedules with vendors.
• Monitor supplier performance and maintain strong vendor relationships.
• Coordinate with internal departments to understand procurement needs and timelines.
• Track orders and ensure timely receipt of goods and services.
• Manage purchase documentation and maintain accurate procurement records.
• Assist in resolving any supply chain issues, including delays or discrepancies.
• Collaborate with finance for invoice verification and payment processing.
• Stay informed about market trends, new products, and supplier capabilities.

Qualifications: (This is an Entry-level role)

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related discipline.
• Prior 1-2 years of experience in purchasing or procurement preferred.
• Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficient in MS Office and familiar with procurement software/tools.
• Ability to analyze data and make informed purchasing decisions.
• Good communication skills and team-oriented mindset.

Work Conditions:

• Primarily office-based with occasional supplier visits.
• Fast-paced environment requiring attention to detail and timely decision-making.
