The Purchase Executive will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing goods and services for our organization.

The Purchase Executive will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing goods and services for our organization.
Roles And Responsibilities
- Source and evaluate suppliers based on price, quality, and delivery speed
- Negotiate contracts and terms with suppliers to ensure cost-effective purchases
- Monitor inventory levels and track orders to ensure timely delivery
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their purchasing needs and requirements
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier information
- Resolve any issues or disputes with suppliers in a timely manner
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and market conditions to make informed purchasing decisions
- Assist in developing and implementing procurement strategies to optimize purchasing processes
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- 1+ years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or vendor management
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of sourcing and procurement best practices
