Job Overview

We are seeking a Senior Purchase Engineer specializing in construction to join our team in Meerut. This is a full-time position that requires a seasoned professional with expertise in supply chain management. The successful candidate will play a critical role in sourcing, negotiating, and managing vendor relations to ensure cost-effective and timely procurement of materials for construction projects.

Qualifications And Skills

Qualification - Any Graduate

Min. 8+ yrs. in real estate and residentials an must knowledge of ERP

• Proven experience in supply chain management (Mandatory skill)
• Strong negotiation skills, with the ability to secure favorable terms with vendors
• Effective vendor management capabilities to foster long-term business relationships
• Proficiency in cost analysis to ensure budget compliance and cost-saving opportunities
• Competent in market research to identify potential suppliers and industry trends
• Skilled in contract management, ensuring compliance and favorable terms
• Experience in inventory management for effective stock control and order planning
• Adept at sourcing quality materials at competitive prices to meet project requirements
