Qualifications And Skills
- Proficiency in supply chain management (Mandatory skill)
- Expertise in market research (Mandatory skill)
- Strong cost analysis capabilities (Mandatory skill)
- Experience with contract management, including negotiating terms and conditions
- Ability to conduct thorough financial analyses and maintain accurate financial records
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to liaise with suppliers and vendors
- Sound decision-making abilities, particularly under pressure
- Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Manage the purchasing and accounts processes to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness
- Conduct market research and develop strategies to optimize procurement processes
- Perform cost analysis to ensure the company's financial wellbeing and profitability
- Negotiate contracts with suppliers, ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness
- Monitor inventory levels and work closely with the supply chain team to meet demands
- Analyze financial reports and present findings to senior management
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors
