Job Overview

This is a mid-level position for the role of Pump Stations at NewAge Fire Protection Industries Pvt. Ltd. The job location will be in Khopoli, Raigarh, or Pune. We are looking for candidates with a minimum of 4 years to a maximum of 6 years of relevant work experience. This is a full-time role requiring strong expertise in Fluid Dynamics, Maintenance Planning, and Troubleshooting.

Qualifications And Skills

• Proficiency in fluid dynamics for efficient pump system design and operation (Mandatory skill).
• Experience in maintenance planning to ensure seamless operation of pump stations (Mandatory skill).
• Adept at troubleshooting to quickly identify and resolve issues in pump systems (Mandatory skill).
• Strong foundation in mechanical engineering principles to support pump station functions.
• Knowledge of piping design crucial for the installation and maintenance of pump systems.
• Understanding of electrical engineering concepts relevant to pump station operations.
• Familiarity with control systems for monitoring and managing pump performance.
• Awareness of safety regulations to maintain a safe work environment and comply with legal standards.
  
  

Roles And Responsibilities

• Oversee the installation, operation, and maintenance of pump stations to ensure high performance and reliability.
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules to prevent downtime and extend equipment life.
• Conduct regular inspections to detect and resolve any mechanical or operational issues promptly.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to design and modify pump systems to meet client specifications and standards.
• Monitor system performance and document any anomalies for further investigation and resolution.
• Ensure all pump station activities comply with relevant safety regulations and industry standards.
• Provide technical support and training to junior staff and other team members as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and system performance data.
