- Coordinate and execute global Product Stewardship improvement projects while maintaining excellence standards and regulatory compliance through timely responses and consistent monitoring.
- Track and update global Product Stewardship performance dashboards, delivering data-driven reports for effective decision-making
- Maintain regulatory compliance standards and meet project requirements within specified timelines
- Integrate updated regulatory requirements into project planning and delivery while managing emerging challenges
- Collaborate with Product Stewardship teams across regions (APAC, Americas, and Europe) to assess performance data and develop business strategies for continuous improvement.
Requirements
- At least 4-8 years of relevant experience
- Advanced degree (Master's/PhD) in scientific studies, with regulatory background preferred
- Clear communication skills and project management experience, with an ability to work effectively with stakeholders across all organizational levels
- Experience in process design, optimization, system harmonization, and standardization
- Analytical and reporting capabilities
- Skilled at managing time and priorities, with a demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Experience working in teams and cross-functional environments
- Commitment to continuous improvement and professional development
- Knowledge of Systems, Applications, and Products (SAP) software, particularly Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) and Sales & Distribution (SD) modules, and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms
