- Demonstrate Leadership skills to manage multiple teams
- Perform project planning, documentation, resource planning and utilization
- Manage multiple projects at a time and effectively communicate with multiple teams, management and customers
- Innovate, solve technical problems; provide guidance and provide support to the teams
- Consistently meet project schedules and deliver error free drawings
- Identify team members improvement needs and enhance productivity of individuals/teams through training, improved project delivery methodologies and automation
- Stay within the budget while not compromising on the quality or schedules
