Project Manager at BairesDev

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to manage technology projects. In this role, you'll deliver products through skilled engineering teams. You'll be responsible for ensuring project success while managing team performance, client relationships, and financial objectives.

What You'll Do:

- Plan and monitor project results while being accountable for delivery outcomes.

- Coach, counsel, and manage team members while coordinating company systems and procedures.

- Retain staff by maintaining a reliable and communicative work environment.

- Analyze and improve billable utilization and forecast project profitability.

- Accomplish financial objectives by forecasting results and analyzing variances.

- Identify growth opportunities with existing clients.

What we are looking for:

- Experience as a Project Manager.

- IT industry experience.

- Must be located in India.

- Good level of English.
