The Opportunity

Project Management at Silicon Labs is recognized as a core function to enable the Company to excel in quality and delivery in the IoT space. This role will drive hardware and software project management processes and executions models for our IoT business.

Summary

• Manages the execution of projects with moderate complexity. Responsible for planning, monitoring, and controlling project activities to meet project objectives.
  
  
  

Essential Functions

• Develops and maintains detailed project plans.
• Coordinates project resources and tasks.
• Monitors and reports project progress to stakeholders.
• Works closely with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
• Applies project management methodologies to achieve project goals.
• Identifies and addresses project issues.
• Contributes to the improvement of project management processes.
• Receives general instructions on routine work and detailed instructions on new assignments.

Requirements

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, or other technology-related degree with 3+ years of industry experience
• 2+ years of proven experience in a Project or Program Management role
  
  
  

Skills, Knowledge, And Abilities

• Good written and verbal communications skills..
• Knowledge of modern project management tools (Confluence, Jira, MS Project, etc.)
• Ability to manage project resources and timelines effectively
• General understanding and/or hands-on experience in hardware development or integrated circuits development flows a plus.
