Job Description

IAM Project Manager with Scrum Experience

• Develop and Manage IAM Policies: Create, implement, and maintain Identity and Access Management (IAM) policies to ensure secure access to systems.
• Lead IAM Projects and Scrum Ceremonies: Oversee IAM projects from inception to completion, facilitating Scrum ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
• Oversee User Access and Compliance: Ensure user access is managed according to compliance standards and organizational policies.
• Handle Security Incidents: Respond to and manage security incidents related to IAM, conducting root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions.
• Provide IAM Training and Support: Conduct training sessions and provide ongoing support to staff on IAM best practices.
• Collaborate with Departments: Work closely with various departments to understand their IAM needs and ensure seamless integration.
• Maintain IAM Documentation: Keep detailed documentation of IAM processes, policies, and procedures.

• Strong Analytical and Communication Skills: Ability to analyze complex IAM issues and communicate solutions effectively.
• Project Management: Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and quality.
• Knowledge of IAM Compliance Standards: Familiarity with IAM compliance standards and best practices.
• Proficiency in Scrum and Agile Tools: Experience with Scrum and Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms.
