Role Overview

• We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager (GoHighLevel Specialist) to lead client onboarding, platform setups, workflow automations, and successful delivery of marketing & CRM solutions.
• This role is perfect for someone who can blend hands-on GHL expertise with project management skills, bridging communication between clients, internal teams, and leadership to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to high quality standards.
  
  

Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage end-to-end project delivery for GoHighLevel client projects.
• Define scope, requirements, timelines, and deliverables.
• Build project plans, assign tasks, and track progress.
• Set up and customize GHL sub-accounts, snapshots, pipelines, workflows, triggers, automations, calendars, forms, surveys, memberships, websites, and funnels.
• Configure CRM systems, SMS/email campaigns, phone numbers, voicemail, and ensure A2P compliance.
• Manage integrations with Stripe, QuickBooks, Google Suite, Facebook Ads, Zapier, and other third-party tools.
• Troubleshoot issues, optimize workflows, and ensure scalability.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients—conducting onboarding, gathering requirements, and providing training.
• Collaborate with designers, developers, automation specialists, and marketing teams.
• Standardize rollout processes for efficiency and scalability.
• QA/test workflows, funnels, and automations before go-live.
• Continuously improve systems for higher client retention and satisfaction.
  
  

Must-Have Skills & Experience

• 3+ years of Project Management experience (SaaS/CRM/MarTech preferred).
• Proven hands-on GoHighLevel expertise (mandatory).
• Proficiency in automation, CRM setups, funnels, workflows, and integrations.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent client-facing communication and relationship-building skills.
• Familiarity with project management tools like ClickUp, Jira, Trello, or Asana.
  
  

Bonus Skills (Good-to-Have)

• Advanced GoHighLevel implementations.
• Knowledge of APIs, webhooks, and Zapier/Make integrations.
• Understanding of digital marketing, lead generation, and automation strategies.
• Experience working with marketing agencies or SaaS companies.
