We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to join our Digital Customer Experience (DCE) team and lead the way in developing cutting-edge solutions to support our business. Potential projects may include supporting the evolution of customer experience and portal, development of next-generation digital tools and championing change management opportunities across digitization efforts.

What You’ll Be Doing
The Project Manager is responsible for leading and managing projects from initiation to completion. This role requires strong leadership skills, project management expertise, and the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders

  • Independently identify project goals, objectives, and scope for medium-sized projects.
  • Develop and manage comprehensive project plans and schedules.
  • Ensure all project initiatives are strategically aligned to overarching organizational goals and objectives.
  • Lead and manage project teams to ensure timely and within-budget completion.
  • Guide business units into the digital journey as a trusted advisor.
  • Identify, assess, and manage project risks with mitigation plans.
  • Communicate project status, issues, and risks to stakeholders and senior management.
  • Conduct post-project reviews to identify improvements.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships and expectations effectively.

What We're Looking For
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, IT, Business Management, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in project management.
  • Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, CSM) is desired.
  • Experience with Agile project management methodologies.

Skills
  • Expertise in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Scrum).
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Azure, Jira).
  • Advanced risk management and problem-solving skills.
  • Stakeholder management and conflict resolution skills.
  • Proficiency in English, with the ability to communicate clearly and concisely in a business environment.
  • Strong, self-directed, collaborative team player with great interpersonal skills
