In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Define the project in collaboration with management.
- Build a detailed work plan using project management tools and standard processes.
- Develop supervising metrics, implement visual controls, and supervise progress to ensure successful completion.
- Coordinate projects and their interdependencies while applying resources effectively.
- Set up project cadence meetings and distribute discussion notes.
- Manage communication with collaborators to ensure alignment.
- Establish a communication schedule for high-level updates to key partners and leadership.
- Adjust plans as needed based on progress and roadblocks, with attention to the critical path.

For This Role, You Will Need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, STEM, or Business
- 2-5 years experience in Project Management, Order Engineering, or Engineering
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organization skills
- Legal Authorization to work in the US - sponsorship will not be provided for this role
- Team leadership experience
