Join our team as a Project Manager in where you will own the planning, coordination, and execution of projects critical to our organization’s success. In this role, you will demonstrate your skills to define project goals, manage resources, and ensure collaboration across teams to meet objectives. With a focus on delivering results, you will supervise multiple priorities, navigate challenges, and drive projects to successful completion while maintaining clear communication with partners. In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Define the project in collaboration with management.
• Build a detailed work plan using project management tools and standard processes.
• Develop supervising metrics, implement visual controls, and supervise progress to ensure successful completion.
• Coordinate projects and their interdependencies while applying resources effectively.
• Set up project cadence meetings and distribute discussion notes.
• Manage communication with collaborators to ensure alignment.
• Establish a communication schedule for high-level updates to key partners and leadership.
• Adjust plans as needed based on progress and roadblocks, with attention to the critical path.

For This Role, You Will Need:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, STEM, or Business
• 2-5 years experience in Project Management, Order Engineering, or Engineering
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organization skills
• Legal Authorization to work in the US - sponsorship will not be provided for this role
