- Team Resource Management – Lead the team, allocate resources, and ensure productivity.
- Quality Compliance – Ensure adherence to safety, environmental, and quality standards.
- Stakeholder Coordination – Communicate with clients, government authorities, and vendors.
- Cost Budget Control – Monitor expenses and optimize cost-effective solutions.
- Risk Issue Resolution – Identify project risks and implement corrective actions.
Qualifications Skills:
- Education: B.Tech/M.TECH. in Civil Engineering.
- Experience: Minimum 8-10 years of relevant experience in infrastructure projects, preferably Sewage Networking Projects.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
- Knowledge of municipal regulations and environmental standards related to sewage projects.
- Ability to handle multiple stakeholders and resolve conflicts effectively.
