Project Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with 10 to 12 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Agile Methodologies SFDC Integration SFDC Lightning and CX-Scrum Master. Experience in Asset and Wealth Management is a plus. This hybrid role requires excellent project management skills to drive successful project outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead project planning sessions and ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
• Oversee the integration of SFDC systems and ensure seamless functionality.
• Provide expertise in SFDC Lightning to enhance user experience and system efficiency.
• Implement Agile methodologies to streamline project processes and improve team collaboration.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment with business goals.
• Manage project risks and develop mitigation strategies to address potential issues.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and ensure adherence to Scrum principles.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and deliver customized solutions.
• Ensure project documentation is complete and up-to-date.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery.
• Utilize domain knowledge in Asset and Wealth Management to provide industry-specific insights.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  
  

Qualifications

• Possess strong experience in Agile Methodologies to drive efficient project execution.
• Demonstrate expertise in SFDC Integration to ensure seamless system functionality.
• Have in-depth knowledge of SFDC Lightning to enhance user experience.
• Hold a certification in CX-Scrum Master to facilitate effective Scrum practices.
• Experience in Asset and Wealth Management is a plus.
• Exhibit excellent project management skills to deliver successful project outcomes.
