Key Activities
- Ongoing management of the project scope in accordance to business objectives and ensuring endorsement from your Business Owner
- Monitor and assess the current resource profile and develop recommendations for change where required.
- Maintain the MS Project Plan (dependency driven)
- Maintain the Project Vision and Project Brief

Qualifications
Qualification: Any Certification in PMO is required
