- Set project timeline
- Monitor project deliverables
- Monitor project baseline to ensure activities progressing as planned
- Monitor project burndown charts
- Monitor employee's performance with KPI's
- Update relevant stakeholders or team members on the project progress
- Coach and support project team members with tasks you assign them
