Project Management
- Manage a POD of 7-8 team members for AI project
- Well versed with project management fundamentals
- Able to manage SCRUM calls
- Able to manage client interaction and raise Risk at right time
- Directly work with clients for intake process and deliverables
Must Have
- Well versed with Development, testing and deployment of ML models, NLP and Gen AI models.
- Good understanding of LLM and Generative models and their integration with various APIs
- Good development exposure of Python programming and REST API
- Well versed with one of cloud platforms (GCP/ AWS/Azure)
- Knowledge of data analytics
- Tools like Numpy, Pycharm etc.
- Good communication skills
- Can lead a team and also perform as an individual contributor
