Responsibilities

 JOB DESCRIPTION

Project Management

  • Manage a POD of 7-8 team members for AI project
  • Well versed with project management fundamentals
  • Able to manage SCRUM calls
  • Able to manage client interaction and raise Risk at right time
  • Directly work with clients for intake process and deliverables

Technical skills

Must Have

  • Well versed with Development, testing and deployment of ML models, NLP and Gen AI models.
  • Good understanding of LLM and Generative models and their integration with various APIs
  • Good development exposure of Python programming and REST API
  • Well versed with one of cloud platforms (GCP/ AWS/Azure)

Good to Have

  • Knowledge of data analytics
  • Tools like Numpy, Pycharm etc.

Generic Skills

  • Good communication skills
  • Can lead a team and also perform as an individual contributor
