This position reports to
Project Operations Manager
Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to act as a design authority for an engineering discipline with low to medium complexity. Each day, you will complete assignments on small projects or portions of larger projects in a cost-effective manner. You will also showcase your expertise by applying basic design thinking/design for excellence concepts in projects.

This role is contributing to the Electrification business in Distribution Solution division at Vadodara, India.
You will be mainly accountable for:

This role is contributing to the Electrification business in Distribution Solution division at Vadodara, India.
You will be mainly accountable for:
- Evaluating, selecting, and applying standard techniques and procedures to perform engineering assignments.
- Providing technical support for testing, installation, and commissioning activities.
- Assisting in preparing proposal/presentation of engineering projects.
- Utilizing checklists to perform design verification according to applicable standards and engineering guidelines.

Qualifications for the role
- You are immersed in engineering team in switchgear industry
- You have 3 to 7 years of experience in Designing of SCADA and Sub-Station Automation, Preparing Functional Design System, Preparing Architecture, IO (input / output) list etc.
- You have hands on experience in ABB Zenon or Zenon (any)
- Possess an enhanced knowledge of IEC 61850, Modbus TCPIP and Numerical relays - advantage
- Degree in Electrical / Electronics / Instrumentation engineering
- You are at ease communicating in English
