Job Description - As a Project Engineer - Solar EPC at DIMAN Solar, you will be responsible for overseeing the execution of solar energy projects from inception to completion. You will coordinate with various teams to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities -

- Project Management: Oversee and manage solar EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) projects, ensuring all phases of the project are executed efficiently and effectively.

- Technical Oversight: Provide technical guidance and support during the design, procurement, and construction phases of solar projects. Ensure compliance with technical specifications and industry standards.

- Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams, including design, procurement, and construction, as well as external stakeholders, such as clients, contractors, and suppliers.

- Scheduling: Develop and maintain project schedules, including critical path analysis, to ensure timely project delivery. Address and resolve any scheduling conflicts or delays.

- Quality Control: Implement and enforce quality assurance procedures to ensure that all aspects of the project meet the required standards and specifications.

- Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies. Address and resolve any issues that arise during the project lifecycle.

- Reporting: Prepare and present regular project reports, including progress updates, financial status, and any issues or concerns to senior management and stakeholders.

Qualifications -

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.

- Proven experience in project management within the solar energy or EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) sector.

- Strong understanding of solar PV systems, project lifecycle, and EPC processes.
