- Strategic Project Management & Planning, Cost, Time, Risk & Quality Management
- Manage Small EPC Projects in Refinery, Petrochemical, Fertilizer, Oil and Gas sector in diversified cultural locations within time, budget & quality parameters, as per project management & best practice guidelines
- Change Management
- Stakeholder Management including Client management
- Ensure that all equipment are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
- Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders
- Partner with 3rd party vendors and contractors to manage & coordinate projects.
- Coordination with Vendor and Engineering for approval of drawings for equipment.
- Expediting with Vendors for timely delivery of Equipment.
- Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs
- Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
- Report and escalate to management as needed
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
