Job Description

We are looking for a junior to mid-level Project Engineer to join our team! If you’re passionate about engineering, manufacturing, eager to learn, and excited to work on a variety of projects, we want to hear from you.

Duties

• Lead and manage projects related to the design, manufacture, installation, and commissioning of steel processing lines.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, including design, mechanical, electrical, and production, to ensure timely and cost-effective project execution.
• Act as the primary technical liaison between the customer and internal departments to define specifications, resolve issues, and provide updates.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans; track progress and adjust as needed to meet milestones.
• Prepare and review technical documentation, such as layouts, equipment lists, and engineering drawings.
• Oversee procurement of components and materials, ensuring alignment with project timelines and specifications.
• Support site activities, including equipment installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting, sometimes requiring travel to customer sites.
• Ensure compliance with applicable industry standards, safety regulations, and internal quality systems.
• Identify risks and propose solutions, continuously looking for ways to improve efficiency, performance, and customer satisfaction.
• Report project status to internal stakeholders and management regularly through written updates and presentations.

Required Qualifications

• B.Tech Mechanical Engineering
• Ability to understand Engineering Drawings
• 2-3 Years prior experience in Steel Industry
