Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a resource on projects and work assignments, applying basic project management and business knowledge.
  • Identify, track, and collaborate with stakeholders to resolve project issues.
  • Monitor and communicate project status to internal teams and stakeholders.
  • Assist in budget planning, tracking, and providing research and analytical support.
  • Contribute to the design and development of project plans and timelines.
  • Support risk management efforts using quality tools to identify and mitigate risks.
  • Maintain project documentation, databases, and records.
  • Share team learnings and leverage cross-functional insights to enhance project outcomes.

Responsibilities

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field.
  • This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.

Qualifications

Experience

  • Minimum o2 years of relevant work experience in project coordination, procurement, or data analytics.
  • Hands-on experience with advanced Excel functions and data visualization tools is essential.
  • Exposure to change management (e.g., VPCR) or formal project management methodologies is a plus.

Skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, charts, etc.).
  • Strong analytical and data representation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement.
