Duties/Responsibilities
- Coordinate project activities, resources, equipment, and information.
- Manage client relationships and act as the main point of contact for client communications.
- Handle email correspondence promptly and professionally.
- Monitor software systems and applications to ensure optimal performance.
- Raise and track support tickets as necessary and ensure timely resolutions.
- Liaise with offshore teams to coordinate project tasks and communications.
- Monitor and track project progress and handle any issues that arise.
- Use project management tools to monitor working hours, budget, and plans.
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports.
- Ensure standards and requirements are met through conducting quality assurance tests.
- PMP/PRINCE2 certification is a plus.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Knowledge of IT infrastructure and software development processes
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role in IT projects.
- Familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Experience in client management and onshore coordination.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
