Project Coordinator

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to assist in the planning, execution, and delivery of various client projects, including digital marketing campaigns, website development, and e-commerce solutions. The ideal candidate will act as a liaison between clients, development teams, and management to ensure projects are completed on time and meet quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate project schedules, resources, equipment, and information across departments.
• Act as the point of contact for clients to ensure consistent communication and satisfaction.
• Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise.
• Prepare project documentation, reports, and presentations.
• Collaborate with internal teams (SEO, content, design, development) to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
• Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders.
• Track project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.
• Conduct regular status meetings and follow up on action items.
• Identify and resolve project risks and delays proactively.

• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Proficiency in tools like MS Office, Trello, Asana, Jira, or similar project management platforms.
• Organizational skills with attention to detail and multitasking capabilities.
• Basic knowledge of web development or digital marketing is a plus.
  
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field.
• 13 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a digital marketing or IT company.
• Google Ads and/or Meta certification is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
