Key Responsibilities/Duties

• Preparing project plans, monitor and controls
• Preparing Cost Estimates for the project
• Project documentation as per project Management Procedures- project charter, procurement plan, communication plan, review plan, risk & mitigation plan etc
• Project control & reporting: Project planning, monitoring & control, critical path analysis, resource management, cost management, Baseline management, Issue management
• Review contractor weekly & monthly progress reports
• Preparing the overall S curve based on the data from all the contractors
• Look ahead schedules, Schedule crashing if it is getting delayed
• Preparing monthly progress reports including the critical path analysis & Earn value management
• Coordination with Team Lead, Construction Manager & the contractors
• Identify the issues & risks, & to communicate those to the management
• Plan, coordinate & Deliver project deliverables in coordination with other detail engineering groups within the organization
• Review design deliverables & drawings before released for construction
• Responsible for ensuring that all scope changes are maintained on a trend log and are promptly transmitted to the client for resolution in form of change controls
• Coordination between the construction site & the design office for the design & drawing issues
  
  

Essential Candidate Requirements

• BE/B. Tech degree in any engineering discipline from a recognized institution
• Proven experience in project coordination, with a strong understanding of project workflows and timelines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
