Responsible for creating, managing, and maintaining document templates and formatting standards
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop document templates for reports, presentations, proposals, and internal communications.
- Regularly review and update templates to meet current branding standards of RF Schools.
- Create and maintain an accessible template library.
- Ensure all templates adhere to the RFS branding guidelines and visual identity.
- Provide training sessions and support to staff on the usage of templates.
- Develop user guides and documentation to assist employees with the usage of templates.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure templates are used correctly and consistently.
- Gather user feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement changes.
- Work closely with various domain experts to customize templates according to their needs.
- Coordinate with IT team to integrate templates with company software and systems.
- Manage and organize electronic and hard copy document storage.
- Ensure proper archiving of documents as per RFS Policy.
