- Ensuring effective site management and discipline to ensure safe execution of the projects.
- Execution of job at site.
- Installing, commissioning & troubleshooting problems arising in the total execution of job.
- Erection, commissioning of equipment, providing utility services to the equipment.
- Following up with the material.
- Conducting meetings with Consultants, Clients and Sub-vendors for reviewing project progress,
- Preparation and Monitoring of project schedule & project trackers for Shop drawings, Material
- Billing of the job and collection.
- Managing overall safety of site and building a safe working culture.
- Taking stringent quality measures including preparation / maintenance of necessary
- At last main thing is the timely completion of the project.
