Summary Of The Position
Working alongside Consulting, Project Delivery, Customer Development and Testing Teams based in PMC’s offices in the UK and India, the role of Project Administrator is key to ensuring that the key administration tasks and activities of the business area are co-ordinated, and delivered to a consistently high standard.

Working alongside Consulting, Project Delivery, Customer Development and Testing Teams based in PMC’s offices in the UK and India, the role of Project Administrator is key to ensuring that the key administration tasks and activities of the business area are co-ordinated, and delivered to a consistently high standard.
Key Accountabilities
- Work with the PS team to take on core administrative activities across resourcing, timesheets, invoicing and expenses.
- Be responsible for answering basic PS questions regarding, timesheets, invoicing and administrative tasks.
- Update numerical information on PMC’s central resource spreadsheet.
- Check, approve and update tracking of timesheets on our internal systems.
- Support with the administration, reconciliation and approval of invoices.
- Provide regular reports to Department leads on Resourcing, timesheet status etc.
- Update and ensure the Department’s financial information is accurate.
- Create and maintain projects in the PMC tool.
- Create and maintain new users in the PMC tool.
- Work with and coordinate with the finance team and other internal PMC teams, in the delivery of your role.
- Undertake other duties as required, which could include hotel booking, and liaising with HR for travel arrangements between the UK and India offices. Skills and Experience | Essential
- Experience of working in a collaborative team to achieve the team objectives.
- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (word, excel, PowerPoint, outlook, Skype).
- Demonstrable experience of managing a busy workload with competing priorities.
- Experience of managing administrative tasks within an office environment.
- Able to demonstrate a methodical approach to work under pressure.
- Excellent customer service and ability to meet and exceed customer needs.
- Experience of a role where attention to detail is of paramount importance.
- Experience of working with bespoke systems is desirable but not essential
