Position Overview
The team is seeking a dynamic and motivated team member to support a wide range of activities in the field of international development cooperation.
Key Responsibilities
- Support project implementation, coordination, and knowledge sharing across global stakeholders, including communication and engagement with client.
- Ensure accurate and timely data entry to maintain the integrity and quality of project information.
- Assist with the customization and setup of software content to meet project-specific requirements (no coding skills required).
- Provide customer and user support by responding to inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring a positive client experience.
- Contribute to business development efforts, including preparing proposals, presentations, and client engagement materials.
- Help identify new opportunities and strengthen partnerships within the international development sector.
Profile
We are looking for someone who:
- With Bachelors with 1-2 years relevant experince or Masters in International Relations, Political Sciences, Economics, Social Sciences, Data Sciences, or similar fields of study.
- Has strong digital literacy skills.
- Is driven, quick to pick up new things, work self-guided and reliable.
- Has excellent communication skills - is able to communicate, write, and present comfortably in English; German and French are desirable but not essential.
- Is motivated to join a value-driven, social enterprise with an innovative approach to how digital solutions can service social impact programs around the world.
- Can work with colleagues across different geographies and timezones.
- Is organized, has good attention to detail and good time management skills.

- Monitoring and evaluation (M&E)
- Project and/or portfolio management
- Steep learning curve

- Be part of an international team
- Flat hierarchies in a small team with a great working environment
- This position requires successful completion of a reference check and employment verification.
