- Design and implement operational processes to enhance payment experiences across multiple markets
- Partner with banking institutions and payment networks to optimize transaction flows and resolve integration challenges
- Lead incident management processes and coordinate real-time support operations across global teams
- Analyze performance metrics and conduct deep-dive investigations to improve service reliability
- Develop and maintain dashboards to track key operational metrics and business performance
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives based on data analysis and stakeholder feedback

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of program or project management experience
- 3+ years of experience working cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams
- 3+ years of experience implementing process improvements using data and metrics
- Proficiency in SQL and advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLookUps)
- Experience defining program requirements and measuring improvements through data analysis
- Experience in payment systems, banking, or financial technology
- Knowledge of payment schemes (VISA/MasterCard) and banking industry operations
- Experience managing relationships with external partners and stakeholders
- Master's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
- Track record of leading complex projects with multiple stakeholders
- Experience presenting to and influencing senior leadership
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in ambiguous environments and drive results
