What Are We Looking

• We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Program Manager to join our team.
• As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and directing multiple projects within our organization, ensuring successful implementation and delivery to our clients.
• The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SaaS and On-prem program management, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
  
  

Roles & Responsibilities

• Leading and managing projects of multimillion valuation to ensure the successful delivery of multiple projects simultaneously.
• Developing and maintaining project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define project goals, deliverables, and timelines, and to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
• Identifying and mitigating project risks through effective risk management strategies, and proactively addressing issues to minimize impact on project delivery.
• Monitoring and reporting on the progress of each project, including the identification of critical paths, potential roadblocks, and resource constraints.
• Managing client expectations and communication to ensure a high level of client satisfaction and successful project delivery.
• Tracking and managing project finances, including budget allocation, resource utilization, and project profitability.
• Providing leadership and mentorship to project managers and team members, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
• Master's degree is a plus.
• Minimum of 12 years of experience in program management, software development, or related field.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering large-scale, complex projects across multiple geographies and time zones.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and motivate cross-functional teams.
• In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies and tools, including Agile, Waterfall, Scrum, and Kanban.
• Experience with program management tools such as Microsoft Project, JIRA, Confluence, and other project management and collaboration platforms.
• PMP, PgMP, or other relevant certifications are a plus.
