Job Description
Oracle is looking for a Program Manager 4 to join our dynamic, innovative, multi-cultural CX (Customer Experience) Release/Program Management team. We are seeking an organized and results-oriented individual with proven experience in release/program management for SaaS software applications. In this role, you will be working with and guiding cross functional teams through various aspects of the product lifecycle process, from planning through release.
The ideal candidate will possess background working with cloud technology and program/project management. He/she should be a self-starter, with demonstrated ability to think strategically and critically as this is a highly visible role and is an opportunity to make a lasting impact on the growth and success of our Customers and Oracle. Work is non-routine and complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills. Five or more years of release/project management, product design or related experience is preferred.

Key qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 5+ years’ experience of program work experience in Cloud-based product development.
- Deep understanding of program management principles and the agile continuous delivery development process.
- Ability to work effectively with large teams spread across geographies and time zones in a dynamic, fast paced, and challenging environment.
- Ability to work on multiple tasks and releases concurrently.
- Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills with an ability to manage competing demands.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to drive high standards. Ability to communicate information and ideas in an articulate, focused, and compelling way.
- Ability to employ a broad set of decision-making skills, from consensus management to mandated directives; must be able to motivate managers and individual contributors to meet aggressive business objectives by meeting schedule and quality objectives.
- A team player with a positive attitude. You are the glue for project teams, making things happen, keeping the best interest of our Customers (both internal and external) in mind.

- Ensure project plans align with broader organizational goals. Develop roadmaps and guide teams toward achieving their plans using agile best practices.
- Facilitate collaboration with diverse product teams to manage change and dependencies seamlessly.
- Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate risks and issues, and develop contingency plans in partnership with development leads to minimize impact.
- Communicate project status, risks, and issues effectively to stakeholders at all levels, fostering transparency and informed decision-making.
- Drive continuous improvement by leading problem-solving activities, streamlining processes, and promoting the adoption of standards and best practices.
- Define and leverage metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
