Program Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager with 20 to 24 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Oracle GenAI and Finance & Accounting. This hybrid role requires excellent project management skills and the ability to drive successful outcomes in a dynamic environment. The position operates during day shifts and does not require travel.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex programs involving Oracle GenAI and Finance & Accounting to ensure successful delivery.
• Oversee project timelines budgets and resources to meet organizational goals.
• Provide strategic direction and guidance to project teams to achieve desired outcomes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of project objectives.
• Develop and implement best practices for program management to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Monitor and report on program progress identifying and mitigating risks as needed.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements in all program activities.
• Facilitate communication and coordination among stakeholders to maintain transparency and support.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize program performance and deliver value.
• Utilize advanced knowledge of Oracle GenAI to solve complex technical challenges and enhance program outcomes.
• Apply expertise in Finance & Accounting to ensure accurate financial reporting and analysis.
• Mentor and develop team members to build a high-performing program management team.

Qualifications

• Possess extensive experience in Oracle GenAI demonstrating the ability to leverage its capabilities effectively.
• Have a strong background in Finance & Accounting with a deep understanding of financial principles and practices.
• Exhibit excellent project management skills with a proven track record of delivering complex programs successfully.
• Demonstrate strong leadership and communication skills to guide and motivate teams.
• Show proficiency in developing and implementing program management best practices.
