Role purpose
The Program Manager will oversee end-to-end program delivery across multiple technology projects, ensuring seamless execution, strategic alignment, and stakeholder collaboration. This role requires expertise in program management, software engineering, and a working understanding of IT infrastructure to support high-impact initiatives.
The Program Manager will work closely with engineering teams, infrastructure teams, business stakeholders, and external partners to ensure smooth execution of digital transformation, application development, and infrastructure programs.
Key accountabilities
Program & Project Management
Define and drive program roadmaps, goals, and execution strategies for large-scale software and infrastructure initiatives.
Manage cross-functional teams delivering application development, integration, and configuration projects.
Oversee end-to-end program lifecycle—from planning, execution, risk management, and delivery to post-implementation reviews.
Track program performance, milestones, and budget, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, risk registers, and mitigation strategies to ensure smooth execution.
Stakeholder Management & Communication
Act as the primary liaison between engineering, infrastructure, and business teams, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Manage vendor relationships and collaborate with third-party suppliers, ensuring service excellence and contractual compliance.
Drive effective reporting mechanisms, providing regular updates to senior leadership on program health, risks, and key achievements.
Present technical updates to non-technical stakeholders, ensuring clarity and engagement.
Leadership & Change Management
Lead multiple teams across software development and infrastructure projects, fostering a high-performance, Agile-driven culture. Mentor and guide project managers and technical leads, ensuring efficient collaboration across different teams. Act as a change leader, driving digital transformation and continuous process improvement initiatives.

Technology and process optimization
Required Experience
- 7+ years of experience in program management, software engineering, or infrastructure-related projects.
- Strong knowledge of Agile (Scrum/Kanban), SAFe, or hybrid methodologies.
- Experience leading large-scale, multi-project programs across software development and IT infrastructure.
- PMP, PgMP, or SAFe certification preferred.
- Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills.
