Job Summary:

Drive Project Order Execution focusing on Customer Request Dates, Improving Requirement Specification Document List.

In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  • Driving for internal and external customer interaction to achieve goal of smooth execution of project orders for expediting document submission/approval process / getting delivery extensions to avoid LD.
  • Execute orders within original contractual delivery.
  • Follow Global Rosemount PMO processes – such as Gate checks Processes / KOMs / Risk Analysis / Project schedule / Project closure / Change order mechanism / Order closure.
  • Forecasting and Driving consistency in 3 months Rolling plan for meeting Sales POR for Project Orders.
  • Monitoring and driving for consistent reduction in FG of project orders.
  • Responsible for Single lot shipment, ensuring GRN within 30 days from shipment and submission of final documents, within 1 week from shipment, to avoid unclean AR (Accounts Receivables) issues. Responsible for making clean shipments as per perfect Execution Guidelines.
  • Proactively communicate all Risks and Opportunities of project orders to all stake holders.
  • Management Reporting for all Operations Data related to Project orders, such as FG (Finished Goods inventory), AR (Accounts Receivables), Date management (RDSL/PDSL), Backlog management, etc.

For This Role, You Will Need:

  • Minimum 15 - 25 years of proven experience in the process industry, project management /Operations.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English, Strong Leadership skills.
  • Self-Motivated, Customer focused Approach.

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

  • Degree or equivalent in Engineering or Relevant Discipline.
