About The Job

We are looking for a collaborative individual with a get-things-done mindset who can take our client experience to new heights. As a Program Management Intern. Your role would be to plan and outline details of various projects / partnerships, coordinate with people internally and externally, to ensure that the projects are delivered on time with desired results & outcomes. You’ll be the go-to person for everything involving a project’s planning, execution and delivery. You’ll play a key role in addressing customer concerns and complaints while building long-term relationships with key clients.

The ideal candidate is collaborative, process & data-driven, good at stakeholder management, and passionate about customer success along with an excellent problem solver. He/ She should be proficient in building out new processes and procedures that make our business run smoother, quicker, and smarter while thriving in a complex environment.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and coordination throughout project lifecycles
• Assist in problem-solving efforts, identifying and resolving any issues that may arise during program execution
• Talking to client’s multiple dept heads/team members, collaborating with internal teams and various stakeholders to run operations.
• Define the key metrics of different functions and make sure they are being completed as per the set targets. Develop a detailed project plan to track progress.
• Identify and develop new opportunities with the clients / prospects.
• Conduct post-project evaluation and identify successful and unsuccessful project elements.
• Support business leaders in creating and maintaining project schedules, tracking progress, and ensuring timely completion.
• Assist in the preparation of program / project documentation, including reports, presentations, and project plans
• Take ownership of assigned tasks and projects, maintaining a high level of professionalism and accountability throughout.
• Work closely with the product / tech, production and operations team to run the business smoothly.

Qualification

• Bachelor's degree - B. Tech / BS - graduate or pursuing (Tier -1 college only)
• MBA would be preferred
• Prior experience working in the financing or EV industry is a plus

IMPORTANT - This internship mandates working from the office at Okhla, New Delhi, necessitating the candidate's availability for a minimum of 7-8 hours daily.
