Your Key Responsibilities

• Drive daily troubleshooting, improvement projects, ensure sustenance of process.
• Training to the operators and setters.
• Finalizing concept for new investment, preparation of requirement specification, pre-acceptance, final acceptance, Installation and ramp-up of new machine or line.
• To perform trials of new development parts
• To reduce rejection, drive cost saving projects and gap analysis for internal and external quality complaints.
• To improve productivity by communicating with Schaeffler Technology for sharing grinding process technology with each other.
• Optimization of Assembly lines by implementing POKA-YOKE cameras.
• Work with SMB India/Germany team for upgradation or development topics.
• Technical support to all Schaeffler India plants.
  
  

Your Qualifications

• Diploma Engg/ B. Tech in mechanical or electrical having 5-8 years’ experience in Vision/Cameras.
• Should be able to drive the technological improvements, troubleshooting, cost saving projects, initiate training to people for achieving excellence in respective area.
• Should be well acquitted with the different suppliers for machines and consumables like Lighting, camera (COGNEX, Keyence, Omron, Festo, Sensopart, IFM, Neurocheck, iVision) etc.
• Worked in Siemens PLC and controller, Can create machine logic for new system/program
• Experience of Siemens PLC, CNC Fanuc, SINEUMERIC Control, hardware & networking.
• Good communication and Leadership skills
• Support in developing new technologies & high-speed feeding system.
